The Company will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your tour arrangements, but it may not always be possible. Requests for an amendment must be sent to the Company by email.
1. Cancellation Policy
Requests for a cancellation must be sent to the Company by email.
The cancellation charges are:
up to 11 days notice: no cancellation fee
for 10 to 4 days notice: 50% of the total price
less than 3 days notice: 100% of the total price
Please note that at certain times of the year, for example peak season, or for certain products, stricter cancellation conditions may apply.
The arranged tour schedule must be adhered to punctually. In the case of delay, the Customer is obligated to notify the tour guide no later than the agreed start of the tour and indicate the expected time of arrival. The waiting time is calculated into the total duration of the guided tour, the tour guide is not liable for reduced itineraries owning to late start caused by the Customer. Delays of more than 30 minutes entitle the Company to cancel the tour. In this case a cancellation fee will be applied according to clause 1.
The Customer is required to wait 15 minutes for the tour guide. Delays caused by the tour guide will not affect the total duration of the guided tour.
3. Re-booking following a cancellation
If you wish to cancel an arranged tour and re-book an alternative this will be subject to the cancellation conditions in clause 1.
